• Landed Price in SGD — item price + shipping + GST (9%) + any platform fees, minus vouchers, coins and cashback (e.g. ShopBack-style cashback stacking).
• Delivery Time to Singapore — realistic estimate to your HDB or condo door, local warehouse vs cross-border.
• Returns & Buyer Protection — return window, who pays return shipping, refund guarantee, official store / warranty.
• Payment Options — PayNow, GrabPay, cards, BNPL; CDC vouchers only where the merchant actually accepts them.
• Timestamped — every check records date and time (SGT) and is screenshotted. Prices change; we re-check daily for hot items.
